This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique recruitment consultancy in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. The company specialise in Executive search and selection across a variety of sectors. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their established team.
Job title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: up to GBP18k (depending on experience)+ commission

Working in the Birmingham office the chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying candidates for specific client briefs for a variety of different roles across the Finance sector. The role will also involve qualifying candidates interest and experience over the telephone and promoting the clients' opportunities. Other duties will include carrying out candidate searches on the database as well as writing and posting new job adverts.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, updating candidate records and developing a solid understanding of technical terminology and environments.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and have some commercial work experience. This could be gained from your university placement, internship or other work experience. In addition you will be ambitious, tenacious, resilient and incredibly hard working!
