An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a very established, stable team of recruiters based in the city centre of Leeds working on the Blue Collar side within Construction Trades & Labour Recruitment.

This branch is the flagship offices for the divisions of a UK wide recruiter - team of 8 consultants with excellent staff retention (all employed over 3 years, some employed over 10 years).

Some of the top names in industry have worked for this agency for many years, as they have excellent staff retention due to looking after their staff both financially and promoting internally.
Due to relocation I am now looking to recruit a BM to lead the team by example and move the division to the next stage.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch and drive the performance of a team of recruiters. It will be your responsibility to maximise the gross profit within the branch and to achieve sustainable growth ensuring delivery of the financial targets.

You will be responsible for:
??Coaching and developing consultants to develop their potential
??Organising the team sales initiatives to stimulate sales
??Monitoring and evaluating the results of the consultants and the team and making them in line with the individual key performance indicators
??Support, mentor and skill share with all team members
??Preparing and presenting regular business proposals
??Identifying talent and creating opportunities for development
??Defining and executing sales strategy for the team
??Managing performance and behaviour by positively using performance management and attendance processes to motivate and challenge consultants to achieve excellence in execution

To be successful in this role you will display:
??A proven track record in recruitment as a Team Leader or Manager, as this is a 360 role, and come from ideally a blue collar recruitment background with knowledge of the West Yorkshire area.
??A can do attitude
??Passion to achieve or exceed targets and is willing to go the extra mile
??Be a natural leader and have the ability to motivate people
??Excellent communication skills and are able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
??The ability to work under pressure
