AUTOMOTIVE QUALITY STSTEMS ENGINEER
PORTSMOUTH
GBP30,000-GBP35,000
We are currently looking for a driven Quality Systems Engineer for a prestigious Tier 1 Automotive business based in Portsmouth, paying between GBP30,000 and GBP35,000 based on experience. The business have a market leading product and supply globally in to a number of OEMs.
The Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, as Quality Systems Engineer you will be maintaining all internal Quality systems and ensuring that all Quality standards are met. Your main focus will be managing all documentation control plans, managing all the internal audit processes and providing essential quality assurance support and timely reports to our customers
You will be an integral part of the company`s ambitious growth plans for 2016 / 2017.
The Person
It is essential that candidates have:

Experience of all Quality Management Systems
*
Knowledge and experience of TS16949
*
Experienced Quality Engineer with knowledge and application of the Automotive core tools.
*
Experience of working in an automotive supply or fast paced manufacturing environment
*
At least 3 years of Quality experience working in a TS16949 accredited environment
*
An understanding of basic improvement techniques
*
The ability to problem solve using 8D
*
Experience with PFMEA's
*
Customer facing experience
Ideally candidates should be:
* Educated to degree level
