One of the leading practices on the London/Kent border are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their well respected and expanding Real estate team. Due to n increase in client base this team are looking to bring a proactive and team oriented commercial property solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join one of Kent's leading property teams, work closely with market leading solicitors and handle high quality work.
The commercial property team act for retailers, fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses, developers and investors and you will be required to handle all their property related matters. You must have experience handling land development, landlord and tenant transactions, purchase and sale of business and investment properties and general commercial conveyancing. The ability to handle transnational and advisory work is a must as is the ability to develop existing and new client relationships.
You must be 1-4PQE and have trained and qualified in a well established Commercial Property team. The ability to handle a wide range of commercial property matters is a must as well as the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
