My client is a national main contractor with a turnover in excess of ??400m. At present the building division of the business are working on new build distribution centres in the Bristol region. The commercial team are after a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up the commercial functions on a ??10m unit. This is one phase of ??60m worth of construction.
The ideal candidate will have:
??? A build main contracting background
??? Industrial / distribution centre experience
??? Experience working with NEC & JCT forms of contract
