Temporary Call Handler Role - PART TIME to start asap - On-going cover required based at their Bridgwater site. They currently have two job roles:1. PT - hours Monday to Thursday 13.00-18.00 plus Friday 12.00-18.00 2. PT - 3 days a week 8.30am-16.30 When you apply please let us know which would be your preference. They are looking for candidates with the flexibility to work the occasional extra day or swap days to cover holidays and sickness. Pay rate GBP8.01ph Experience of Windows Office Suite and Outlook Good communication skills and telephone customer service handling and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure during busy periods Databases used will be Access, Excel plus in house Booking system This role will be working in the booking team, candidates must have good communication skills. Two week period of training with existing call handlers. Staff will be trained to handle appointment calls, transport advice and any other services offered during the role. On-going training will be provided where required. Car parking available on site at a small monthly cost.
