My client is a market leading, global brand in Employee Benefits services.They have been established for over 100 years and have over 5000 employees worldwide.The role is employed paying a basic salary of between ??38,000 - ??45,000 depending on experience, qualifications and track record.You will benefit from a generous benefits package including up to 10% company pension contribution, private medical insurance, group life insurance, income protection, and discretionary bonus scheme.The role will involve overseeing the delivery of Health and Productivity services across a varied portfolio of clients/benefit programmes and important consulting projects or assignments for key clients, and to continue to develop strong client relationships, continually seeking opportunities to grow client services/revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery/subject matter expertise ??? Extensive knowledge across medical and other related employee benefits, with group risk experience also preferred ??? Supervising all phases of client projects and managing the implementation of new services??? Applying critical thinking to help solve client issues ??? Understanding of claims analysis and trends Client/market ??? Maintaining regular contact across the client relationship to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard ??? Providing broad client advice/guidance and ensuring client needs are fully understood and met ??? Delivering sustainable savings and improved value to clients and their employees ??? Leading the development and presentation of proposals for other consulting services ??? Increasing market awareness of Buck through media coverage/new consulting material/customer networking ??? Ensuring that the company FCA requirements are fully adhered toYou will have extensive experience with the industry in a simlar capacity, specialising in Healthcare & Employee benefits consultancy.You will have a proven track record of business retention and client development.Relevant industry qualifications are ideal but not a pre-requisite for the position.Key Skills???
