This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation and take the next step in your career in the claims arena. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the vendor support services function to ensure delivery of proactive vendor management, monitoring and auditing of claims performance standards of Third Party Administrators and Claims Service Providers. This includes developing strong working relationships with the wider vendor team, claims teams, compliance and conduct risk to improve service delivery, control claims cost and expense whilst ensuring delivery of contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Include: Managing a team of 19 people in the claims unit and looking after third party vendorsDelivery of internal vendor reporting requirementsVendor & staff performance management collation and provisionWill be ensuring team meet SLA's, audit processes/procedures and produce work manuals for vendors Experience Understanding of Commercial and Personal lines Strong operational claims experienceExperience of managing and improving processes and proceduresStrong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experienceAbility to drive performance from a teamLine Management experience preferredClaims Management experience is a must The role would suit an existing claims manager, looking to move into a senior operational role within a claims division. An attractive salary up to GBP50,000 is on offer with superb benefits attached for the successful candidate.
