Comercial Finance Manager

Commercial Finance Manager required for Global Manufacturing Business in High Wycombe Your new companyThis global manufacturing business based in High Wycombe are going through an exciting period of growth and now require a proven and commercial finance manager to provide meaningful financial information and advice to business managers in order to facilitate sound business decisions.Your new roleResponsible for all Business unit reporting (GBP60 M turnover, 4 key currencies) Produce monthly consolidated accounts in a timely and accurate fashion.Produce commentary and analysis to support the monthly accountsProduce monthly Visual Management KPI data for boardResponsible for the monthly consolidation including an active & regular review of the financial accounts for the overseas subsidiaries (USA, France, Germany and China).Revenue and margin analysis reports based on product/region/segment on a monthly basis and ad hoc reports/analysis as required by the businessWeekly orders/sales analysisSupport overseas offices as required Budgeting and Planning Control of forecasting, budget, and planning processes for the businessManaging and driving the full budget processForecasting cash & FX on a regular basisSupport the NA board to develop the 5 year plan on an annual basis Responsible for preparation of UK Accounts Manage the UK finance Team including general ledger, bank, accounts payable and credit controlMonthly UK management accounts & upload to Group used reporting systemsReview and approve all balance sheet reconciliations (inc bank)Understand business processes sufficiently to support finance functionManage UK expense process for site (outsourced function)Liaise with auditors as requiredRegular report on UK debtors and escalate issues to distribution managers and key accounts managers as necessaryContribute actively to the development of the finance function and its staff What you'll need to succeed Graduate.Fully qualified accountant.
