Office Receptionist/Admin Required
Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm
Fri: 8:30am-3:30pm
Office Receptionist/Admin required for busy Labels Office.
Must have good communication skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and generally enthusiastic.
Main duties: -
- Answering the Telephone
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Creating Databases using Excel
- Welcoming visitors and coordinating customer/supplier visits
- Keeping Diary for Boardroom/Meeting rooms
- Filing
- Stock checks
- General office duties
- Administering internal product specifications
Salary according to experience.
