Office Receptionist/Admin Required

Mon – Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm

Fri: 8:30am-3:30pm

 

Office Receptionist/Admin required for busy Labels Office.

Must have good communication skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and generally enthusiastic.                

   Main duties: - 

  • Answering the Telephone
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail
  • Creating Databases using Excel
  • Welcoming visitors and coordinating customer/supplier visits
  • Keeping Diary for Boardroom/Meeting rooms
  • Filing
  • Stock checks
  • General office duties
  • Administering internal product specifications

 

Salary according to experience.
