Salary £17k p.a. + 22 days holiday (no bank holiday working) and excellent benefits 

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Commercial team. They are an independent paper supplier who has a reputation for delivering paper on time every time across the UK.

What you’ll need
•    Experience of working in a busy and demanding office environment is desirable 
•    Basic knowledge and use of office computer systems including Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is advantageous but full training will be given
•    Proven ability to solve problems effectively and to use initiative
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
•    Able to work as part of a team with a courteous attitude to all staff and visitors

The role
The Administrative Assistant will interact with staff and visitors and must therefore be able to maintain a friendly and courteous attitude at all times. 

Your responsibilities will include:
•    General administrative duties i.e. answer & direct phone calls, update / maintain office filing
•    Data input, checking paperwork 
•    Flexible attitude and willingness to carry out ad hoc duties
