The Company A dynamic and well known brand are recruiting an Interim HR Change Specialist to lead a 9 - 12 month organisational change programme working closely with the Business Transformation Director on a highly confidential project. The RoleThis confidential assignment relates to organisational change and development on a wide scale affecting the entire business. The successful candidate will possess experience in multi-site environments, have HR project management skills, a roll your sleeves up attitude and experience with large scale organisational development projects that relate to centralisation. More information relating to this assignment will be revealed should your experience be considered suitable for the above role due to the sensitivity of the assignment.The PersonThe successful candidate will be highly operational although, you will have a hand in formulating a strategy with the Business Transformation Director. You must possess experience with organisational change and business transformation, from large, matrix organisations with the majority of your experience being in the private sector.
