Working with stakeholders and users to provide an information and statistical analysis service to all service teamsDealing with service improvement - being involved in planning, testing and deploying system changes and new systems / componentsMonitoring and maintaining data, databases, data processes, reporting operations and best practiceUsing your own initiative; sharing information, documenting systems and communicating with team members to provide a cohesive service - having to communicate technical information in plain EnglishDealing with engagement - to train, encourage, enthuse and coach users in the adoption and use of existing and new systems, emphasising best practices Your training???
