** DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE ROLE IN A FANTASTIC 4 STAR HOTEL** LOCATED IN MARLOW, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE* My client is looking for an enthusiastic hard working & ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at this fantastic 4 star property located on the outskirts of Marlow. If you are looking for the next step to further your career this could be the perfect role for you! As a Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section within this high quality hotel/restaurant. You will be confident moving from section to section to support the kitchen as needed. With a large amount of Conferencing & Banqueting taking place, you will need to be able to work well under pressure & keep a level head in this fast paced kitchen. An understanding of the importance of Health & Safety is vital. You will be a key member of the team & have a positive attitude to your work and a "can do" approach to all situations. The restaurant side of this business is integral & therefore a strong focus is put on the menu, with the food being 100% fresh & seasonal. This position offers a balance of work / life.
