Commercial Insurance Account Handler - West Sussex GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 + benefits West Sussex Busy friendly team, with a real client focussed approach, meeting high standards of service and enjoying high levels of business retention. Providing an office based/telephone based service. Responding to incoming enquiries from clients, and following up pro-actively. Speaking with clients to accurately identify their insurance programme requirements. Providing competitive new business and renewal quotations; identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell. Working alongside marketing colleagues to maximise opportunities from sales and marketing campaigns. Maintaining accurate database records and diaries, ensuring efficient management of policies. Skills & experience required: 2 years + (current/recent) Commercial Insurance experience - from a broker or Insurer background.A confident product and market knowledge of Commercial Property risks, as well as Public and Employers Liability Insurance.A good understanding of FCA requirements, TCFA confident telephone manner to build a rapport with clients.Confident outgoing sales orientated approachCommitted to meeting high service standards and KPIs.Cert CII or progress is an advantage, and study is supported.
