Our Client A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an exciting and growing luxury fashion accessories label who sell into over 1000 retail stores worldwide, and have a portfolio of brands, including, Calvin Klein, Juicy Couture, Frye and Spyder. Based in Hammersmith, this company are looking for a Field Services Representative to join their growing business. The Role As a Field Services Representative your main responsibility will be to represent the brand within retail stores. You will be supporting sales through product training and visual merchandising of products. You will also be responsible for: • Developing and delivering training and seminars to store managers and staff of the features and benefits of the products• Provide visual merchandising and POS support to stores when visiting• Act as an ambassador for the brands by providing weekly/monthly reports on activities taken on each week• Observe, monitor and report trends in fashion, including competitor analysis and act as a conduit between stores and head office• Report back to the sales manager on store performance after delivering training• Manage multiple stores within a geographical location The Candidate What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing multiple retail stores for a fashion brand. The candidate will also have: • Strong experience in converging with staff in store• Confident ability to deliver presentations to individuals or to large groups• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written• Excellent time management skills• Past experience dealing with visual merchandising• Proactive and motivated For interview availability, apply now!
