Customer Service Advisor - December Start!

At Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country. Right now we're looking for people to take Customer Service calls on behalf of npower at our Peterlee site. With a start date of the 19th Decemeber, this is a full time role offering a salary of GBP14,976 .You will need to be available to work a 37.5 hour week within our opening hours which are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday with no Sunday working. About the role In this role, you will be dealing with and managing a variety of customer queries and questions such as delivery queries, complaints, order placements, refunds and further product information. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience. With training provided, the candidate will be able to: * Manage customer requests effectively and ensure all queries are resolved within a timely and professional manner. * Work to maintain and promote the npower brand whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. * Navigate multiple PC based in house systems during a call. These systems will allow you to update or amend customer orders, process payments, complete customer account notes, arrange or amend deliveries, place orders and gather relevant information for customer queries regarding. * Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of npower products, systems and services - this will enable our advisors to effectively resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
