This position will sit within a busy HR team. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all HR information. The role will particularly focus on workforce planning, managing attendance and staff utilisation. Client Details Our client is a well respected Not For Profit based in Newbury. Description Main duties: Maintain the rota systems within Carval, updating any and all changes Managing the duty and on-call rota, identifying and resourcing any gapsProvide weekly and monthly reports to management, execs and the HR teamOversee newly implemented software, supporting all users with training needs and ensuring complianceMonitoring the organisations resource requirements, and ensuring the recruitment is in place for all vacanciesBuild effective relationships with employment agencies ensuring the provision of appropriately experienced workersMaintain accurate data relating to staff availability in the event of emergency cover Profile You will have Strong organisational skillsWorking knowledge of work patterns and practisesStrong analytical skills and the ability to produce monthly statistical reportsExperience of system implementationAbility to build excellent working relationshipsStrong IT skills, including Carval Job Offer Salary is based on experience.
