Summary / In brief GBP24,360 - GBP55,825 per annum (subject to experience) - This exciting and challenging role offers variety along with a high level of responsibility. Introduction Lidl UK is currently preparing to implement a SAP IS?Retail system to all operational areas of the business. With this in mind our Head Office based Administration Organisations department is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the SAP Key User / Trainer team. This team are responsible for ensuring that all new SAP systems meet the requirements for UK operations as well as delivering training to all end user Regional Administration teams. With weekly travel between Head Office and our Regional Distribution Centres, frequent international travel and long term stays throughout the UK during the roll out phase of projects, you will be truly challenged in this fast paced, multi-faceted role. Your role • Delivering training workshops to regional teams • Being an expert in all Administration SAP functions and a key contact for Regional Administration end users • Supporting existing key users with system testing workshops • Analysis of current retail modules in preparation for SAP implementation • Testing SAP processes, assisting developer teams and providing feedback to the International Administration Organisations department • Creating procedures and step-by-step guidelines • Liaising with key stakeholders across Head Office departments to ensure successful integration processes are achieved • Participating in regular team presentations regarding status, progress and implementation planning • Providing refresher training and support to all Lidl UK regional end users • Checking compliance of integrated systems and procedures • General project administration as necessary Your profile • A full UK driver's license is essential • Full flexibility with regards to travel and location is essential • Flexible with working hours during roll out phase (including weekend work) • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are essential • Training and project management experience will be extremely beneficial • Excellent knowledge of Lidl operational processes and procedures • Excellent oral and written communication skills • German language skills and SAP experience are desirable Our offer • GBP24,360 - GBP55,825 per annum (subject to experience) • 10% London Weighting benefit (non contractual) for employees working within the M25 • 30 days' holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays) • A contributory pension scheme • 10% discount on all Lidl products, in all stores throughout the UK • Access to corporate discounts on a range of products and services (including holidays, home and garden products, leisure activities and more) • Initial training and on-going development from an experienced team member • Brilliant opportunities to take on more responsibility and long term career prospects To apply click the APPLY NOW button
