Senior Sous Chef GBP25000 - GBP27000 depending on experience Market Harborough We are currently recruiting for a company based in the Market Harborough Area. This hotel has a 1 AA Rosette standard and is known to the area for its great hospitality and fresh food. They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has worked within A La Carte. They may have been a head chef or sous chef looking for there next challenge. The main responsibilities are as follows: Running the kitchen when the head chef is awayEnsuring your brigade has high culinary standardsManaging food purchasing and storageMaintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environmentHelping create new recipes and write menus Working hours will be based on the businesses requirements.
