We're seeking a PMO Analyst to join an awesome team who form our Programme Management Office (PMO). Working in a fast paced environment, they do an amazing job maintaining and championing the Programme and Project Management governance framework across the portfolio. As an advocate for best practice you'll ensure adherence to Change Standard Procedures and methodology (including Planview) and governance for each programme. With a strong eye for detail you'll monitor expenditure and costs, raise and receipt purchase orders and support with the preparation of packs for meetings. Strong communication skills are required in order to effectively report and challenge programme progress, raising risks and issues and ensuring actions taken. To be brilliant in this role you'll ideally you'll have some experience in a project delivery role with an understanding of the principles and frameworks from a user and support perspective. Problem solving and decision making skills are key as well as being a strong team player with a natural flair for building relationships across the business. We'll ask you to prepare reports and presentations so knowledge of MS Project and MS Office is essential.
