Job Title: Sous Chef
Salary: GBP28 K & excellent benefits
Hours: 48 hours, 5/7 days, Straight Shifts
Location: Hexham / Northumberland / Hexham
Our client is looking for talented, hard working, passionate Sous Chefs to join their brigade at this luxury hotel, venue and golf club in moorland and forest of Northumberland
The property boasts a Fine Dining restaurant and Bar & Lounge Menus along with a busy function business
Role Responsibility:
As Sous chef you will support the head chef and in the running of the kitchen and brigade of 20. You will run key section and support and trained the junior chefs.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational, cooking and presentation skills.
As Sous Chef you will have good all-round skills in every section, be keen to assist with menu development and have the confidence to run service for the restaurant in the absence of the Head Chef.
The Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience Required
As Sous chef you will be trained to a rosette / Michelin level and be a current Sous chef looking to join a growing group with good career opportunity. You will be natural leader always striving for accolades.
