Our client is a Redditch based Toolmaking Company that are currently recruiting for an experienced Jig-borer/Conventional Miller/CNC Miller to join their team working with low volume, Small precision components.
Candidate Requirements:
??? Must be skilled in all aspects of Engineering
??? Able to work to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
??? Experience in a similar role
??? Skilled machinist (not necessarily fully skilled at jig-boring as they are willing to train)
The successful candidate will work on Genevoise SIP Jig-borer approx 2 days a week / the remainder on a conventional Bridgeport type milling machine/CNC 2 axis Bridgeport type machine with an Acu-rite control.
Benefits:
??? Holidays ??? 25 days + bank holidays (33 days in total)
??? Wages ?????12.00/12.20 hour rising up to ??12.20/hour after probation period
After a 12 month, qualifying period there is a sickness & paid appointment scheme
??? Company pension scheme
??? All overtime paid at time and a half
??? Permanent basis with a 1 - 3 month probationary period
