FREELANCE - Build Commercial Manager - South West
My client is a national main contractor with a turnover in excess of GBP400m. At present the building division are winning a lot of work in the South West region of the UK. The National Commercial Director is after a Commercial Manager to manage the commercial team in this region.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A build main contracting background
• 5-10 years experience managing commercial teams in sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, and Mixed-Use construction
• A full conversant understanding of JCT & NEC forms of contract
