I am looking for a Building Surveyor to join a leading multi-disciplinary based in Basingstoke.
The ideal candidate will have strong core traditional building surveying skills across most areas to include Defect Analysis, Building Surveys, Stock Condition Surveys, Planned Maintenance and Specification writing. It would also be an advantage to have past experience of Dilapidations, Contract Administration and Party Wall Matters although this is not essential. You will be supporting various projects and framework agreements, so experience in delivering on multiple smaller projects at once would be essential.
Whilst we're looking for MRICS accreditation and potentially 3-5 years+ solid all round experience, our client will still consider your application if you are training towards your APC or have been in the industry 15+ years but never got round to sitting your RICS for whatever reasons???
This position also offers a competitive salary package and an opportunity for career continuity with a strong pipeline of current and future work.
