As the Permanent Recruitment Manager your duties will be to:
- Successfully balance managing a team of PC`s with own personal permanent billing responsibility.
- Develop an engaged and high performing team, who individually achieve their perm targets and therefore achieve the annual permanent budget.
- Strategically plan and implement yearly, quarterly and monthly permanent sales action plans to increase permanent market share in the area.
- Manage the performance of the PC team by setting and monitoring monthly, weekly and daily targets, KPIs and standards.
- Manage the selection, recruitment, development and succession planning processes, in order, meet all current and future permanent team needs.
To be a successful Permanent Recruitment Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
- Results focused individual who can demonstrate leadership qualities and experience in permanent recruitment delivery.
- Enthusiasm for proactively and professionally managing client relationships and team members will be key to the success of our newly formed team.
- Well versed in managing and delegating a busy workload and balancing this with personally contributing permanent revenue.
- Interested in speaking to candidates with experience of specialist sectors.
- Previous experience in a recruitment, sales, customer service role.
In return, the Permanent Recruitment Manager will receive a salary of up to GBP40,000 per annum, OTE GBP50,000 - GBP60,00.
