Resourcing Officer / Resourcing Advisor - RPO/Coordination
Leeds

The HR team are looking for an experienced Resource Officer to join a leading professional services company based in Leeds. This renowned company prides itself on creating value for all clients and stakeholders worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing resourcing queries and support the allocation of people to meet client needs.
* Review and analyse business reports highlighting trends and any risks or exceptions.
* Establish effective relationships across the business
* Develop detailed plans for resourcing and document the requirements aligned to the needs of the business
* Manage all movements including leavers, engagements, secondments, and transfers, maternity.
* Deploying contractors into projects
* Be familiar with all resource management systems
* Planning, coordinate and implement resource management activity
* Reporting
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
What skills we are looking for:
* Confident and skilled communicator (both verbal and written)
* Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment
* Able to plan, prioritise, multi task and manage a significant workload effectively under pressure.
* Strong relationship management experience; ability to interact with people at all levels of the firm with the confidence to influence and negotiate.
* Portray a professional, customer oriented image of recruitment and resource
* Flexibility and adaptability in both attitude and approach.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, with a 'can do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile.
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Experience within a professional services background would be an advantage.
* RPO or recruitment background would be an advantage
