An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and highly motivated English Teacher to join a popular, flourishing and highly-supportive Secondary School in Stevenage for an ongoing assignment. Starting from January 2017, the successful English Teacher will be joining an already thriving English department.
The school are currently seeking a Teacher of English that can deliver the curriculum to GCSE, the ability to be able to teach at A-level is preferable but not desirable. The English department is a very well-resourced department attaining high GCSE results last year.
The successful applicant will be a holder of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You will be an English Teacher with a clear passion for your subject area and a hard-working, dedicated and ambitious nature. Excellent subject knowledge and practical knowledge within all English Language & Literature will be required for this role.
Our client school are looking to appoint an outstanding English teacher with a track record of raising attainment levels and who can share in the schools desire to up hold their already existing 'Good' OFSTED report.
