Our client, a Volume brand Main Dealer in Stoke is currently looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor for their busy dealership.
Basic Salary - Dependant on experience
OTE up to GBP25,000 - Could be more if the candidate has exceptional skills up-selling.
As a Service Advisor, you will be working alongside the Service Manager, Technicians and another Service Advisor.
On a day to day basis you will be working as a team with your colleagues, therefore it is essential that you are a team player but also able to work using your own initiative. Daily tasks you will be responsible are:
Providing excellent customer service
Arranging for service, maintenance or repair work
Arranging a courtesy vehicle where necessary
Updating the customers
Communicating with the workshop
The ideal candidate will have experience of a Service Advisor role in a main dealer and Kerridge, however candidates with transferable motor trade experience are welcomed.
You will need to be a confident relationship builder and deliver a first class service. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service and will enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the Services department.
This is an established main car dealer with an excellent team and a very good reputation as an employer they pay a fair salary and have an achievable bonus package and career development for the right people
