Brief Role Outline

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join a Mobile Computing and Data Capture Solutions specialist in Northampton. They are looking for someone to grow within the company and help deliver a fantastic overall experience to customers, by delivering an excellent professional level of support and customer service both on the phone when customers are experiencing problems, and on site while assisting with software and hardware implementations and training.

Skills needed

• Have a general level of software technical knowledge.
• Be able to map and configure client’s data.
• Be able to set up and configure software and hardware.
• Be able to train customers on software applications.
• Be capable of learning new software especially the MJM WMS and barcoding system.

The ideal Candidate

• Will have a general understanding of how a warehouse operates.
• Will have used or at least knowledge of ERP systems.
• Will ideally be an experienced Software Engineer or from a similar profession.
• Must be a professional individual.
• Be able to drive and have a licence with no convictions.
• Be able to accommodate overnight stays (as some will be required.)
