Title: Sprint Development Manager
Salary: £47,329 - £53,272 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 36.5 hours per week

Sprint is a new concept in rapid transit that is being developed for the West Midlands and will provide a key element of the region's rapid transit network. Passenger services will be provided using a new fleet of high quality articulated buses which will provide a tram like journey experience. Combined with a range of priority measures, high quality passenger facilities, information and smart ticketing; Sprint will help to transform public transport in the region.

We are currently recruiting a Sprint Development Manager to lead the development of the various projects within the Sprint programme related to the HS2 Connectivity Package. The individual shall have strong experience in the development of business cases and securing funding for major projects.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at a senior level, transport sector experience particularly in bus rapid transit and public transport, and the ability to take a strategic view on project development. The successful candidate will hold a Degree Level/equivalent relevant qualification and/or relevant experience as stated within the role profile.
