Legal Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager required to join a rapidly expanding IT organisation based in the City of London.
This is a new position due to growth and departmental re-structure. We are looking for a contracts manager, ideally with some paralegal skills, who must be a keen, flexible person with experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers and/or suppliers, with very good attention to detail and determination to see all administrative tasks through to completion. Whilst having the required experience, they must be eager to learn within a dynamic, ever changing environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Total ownership of contractual paperwork, customer and supplier facing
*Draft new contracts and contract amendments, including detailed review of existing contracts to ensure accurate changes are made as required, liaising with customers/suppliers and sometimes other third parties to negotiate and agree contractual clauses to completion and satisfaction
*Total ownership of all contract templates, including annual review, change control and internal communication of revisions and new templates
*Liaise with outside counsel as may be required for support with contract drafting and legal negotiations
Keys skills and experience;
*Educated to A-level minimum, with higher education qualification preferred (degree or equivalent)
*Relevant and proven Industry experience required
*Industry or relevant business qualifications and accreditations would be desirable
*Whilst legal qualifications aren't essential, paralegal skills would be extremely beneficial
