We are representing a Mortgage Brokerage firm that specialises in residential and investment mortgages for both UK and international Clients. Our client offers extensive knowledge of the mortgage and protection market, and bespoke advice based on individual clients' needs. They boast 25 years of experience which makes them an expert in their field. They have offices across the UK but currently seek to expand their back- office administration team to support the partner of the business within their Plymouth office. Our client is looking for an experience Mortgage Administrator with several years' experience in a similar role capable of providing an efficient new business processing service. Key responsibilities; Liaising with lenders and solicitors, ensuring that new business is set up correctly from application to completion;Providing support in relation to the mortgage application process and initial documentation requirements;Ensuring accuracy of documents and that they are stored confidentially and in the correct system;Maintaining internal systems and adhering to compliance procedures;Issuing documents to clients where appropriate;Be a point of contact between the client and consultant;Undertake reporting as required and review workflow practices. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential, as is having the knowledge of products and services within the current mortgage market. With this in mind, our client is offering a salary of GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 pro rata for the right candidate.
