If so this could be the ideal opportunity for you!My client a leader in the beauty and well -being industry is now looking to establish a new live chat/e mail response centre so therefore needs the right person to lead and manage a small team of agents.This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team leader or maybe a senior agent now looking for their next step up the career ladder.My client is looking for people who care,-people who have a true passion for customer excellence and ideally a love of beauty products. You will need to be truly customer focused in everything you do and possess a helpful and empathetic nature. As there will be NO direct telephone liaison with your customers, your written skills MUST to top notch and be able to convey your passion in every written conversation.Duties• Managing a small team of agents• Organising shift patterns and rota's• Communicating with customers by email/social media and live chat• Composing warm and engaging responses and offering full product advice• Be the first point of contact for all on line queries both nationally and internationally• Helping create programmes and initiatives to enhance customer experience• Fixing of delivery issues and transactional problemsPlease note that this role is Monday to Friday 9-5.30amSkills required• Strong communication skills- both verbal and written• Happy/honest/optimistic- someone who will go that extra mile with no hesitation• Computer literate• Confident with social media
