My client, a leading Global business is looking for an experienced Interim HR Consultant with Global experience in managing the change programme in transferring HR Administration systems and processes to a cloud based system. Working as part of the Global Project Management team, this role will work with the HR Administration function to support and shape the successful change project of moving the current technology to a cloud based system, e.g. Workday or Success Factors. The successful candidate will have extensive HR Administration knowledge and experience but it essential they have proven Project Management skills in addition to ensure a successful delivery of the change project. The position will be based from Manchester, however this is a global project so the successful candidate must have proven experience working within large, global businesses so they understand complex matrix structures and how to effectively deliver a global design into local/regional environments. This project is to start in early 2017 and is likely to need the consultant for 12-18 months. Some travel to the European Head Office for meetings will be required but it is not envisaged regular travel will be extensive.
