Our client in Brighton specialises in Technology Recruitment and are one of the leading Research and Recruitment Consultancies in Europe. They deal with major clients (very well known brands) in various different countries, hiring and sourcing for key projects.The job is about establishing key requirements, understanding the client and networking with high calibre individuals from around the world to source the right match. They work with the Technology that surrounds us nowadays, so this is a great opportunity for a bright, literate and confident person to step up and build a career in Recruitment. The salary will be GBP18,000 - GBP19,000 plus commission, in year one you should earn about GBP30,000 and in following years you should earn a lot more, as you build your connections and relationships, after 3-4 years you could be making over GBP80,000.
