The client is looking for vibrant, passionate chef to join their team. Looking to offer rosette level food this pub has a great local reputation and is looking to further impress and continue their reputation for food in the local areas offering rosette level food.WORKING HOURS: Your working hours will be minimum 40 hours and up to 48 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will form part of your normal working arrangementsTHE ROLETo work in Partnership with the GM and Owner and work with the kitchen team of 4-5 chefs- to keep track of paper work and plan and write high quality menus* Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines* Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination* Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues* Comply with the company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation* Awareness of the brand ambitions and values* Be environmentally awareThe company offer a great tips package, a staff reward card which gives big discounts in supermarkets corporate rates on gym membership and have a team member of the month who can win nights away spas/ meals etc.Scattergood's are acting as an agency on behalf of this vacancy.
