Qualifications,Development,Training,Co-ordinator We are looking for a Co-ordinator who has had experience of working for an Awarding Organisation. This is for an established company based in Corby. Your main responsibilities are to provide pro-active administration support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of their operations, qualifications and business development activities. Your main duties will include:*To work under the guidance of the Team Leader, to support the operations of the Awarding Organisation ensuring that the qualifications are valid fit for purpose *To support in the day-to-day activity as it operates in the Qualifications Frameworks *To organise and manage the qualifications approval process *Provide market information for qualification design and development and collect and present statistical data relating to qualifications *Commission appropriately qualified writers, verifiers and proof readers for all the Institute's learning materials and assessment material *Project manage the delivery and updated of learning materials on time and to specification *Responsible for managing, printing and supplying learning materials and to maintain stock levels via a stock control system *Be responsible for the development,update and maintain Awarding Organisation procedures and polices *Improvement and maintenance of the Awarding Organisation literature that supports its functions *Act as secretary, for meetings and working groups*Prepare, update and maintain procedures and polices, reports and publications *Responsible for raising purchase orders and invoices in respect to transactions within their area and recording these transactions *Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required You will have the below skills/experience:*Demonstrable high level of written and spoken communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external customers and suppliers *The ability to work to set and sometimes challenging deadlines and quality targets *A systematic and orderly way of working to achieve high levels of accuracy *Proven project management skills *Excellent customer care skills *Ability to analyse and process data accurately with attention to detail *Proven administration skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage their own workload *Demonstrable IT skills including using PDF, Excel, Access, Word and Outlook *The ability to be flexible and capable of working well on their own initiative and within a small team *Willingness and ability to absorb and understand new information and undertake new working practices, willingness to share knowledge/skills with others The below experience is desirable but not essential:*Experience in development of vocational and vocationally related qualifications *Experience of making presentations *Experience of writing units of qualifications *Experience of working within an Awarding Organisation and knowledge of the education sector *Experience using the Regulatory Conditions and Frameworks Adecco are an equal opportunities employerAdecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
