Customer Service Exec/Data Entry Clerk

This is a wonderful opportunity for two individuals to join a very well established company (on 12 week temporary to permanent basis) and be part of a very busy and successful team. On a day to day basis you will be offering a comprehensive support to both field based reps and your own customers in a fast paced environment where no two days will be the same! You will be taking incoming calls from customers, taking orders, answer enquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide general information. You will be responsible for a portfolio of customers ranging from existing customers to lapsed customers. You will make outbound calls to customers, taking orders, building lasting relationships and also trying to win back business from customers who have not placed orders for some time. Please note that this is not a cold calling role, but does require a candidate who is not afraid to pick up the phone and rebuild relations. You will have excellent communication ability, a strong attention to detail, the ability to multi task and deal with a variety of tasks during the day, be proactive in your approach, be able to work to targets, KPI's and deadlines and generally be passionate about service delivery. You will also have excellent listening skills, be good at problem analysis/ problem solving, be highly organised, determined, tenacious and self-motivated. Our client offers a very friendly and relaxed working environment, where there are opportunities to progress within the business. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with ?? an hour for lunch and two 10 minute breaks during the day.
