Fleet Advisor Exeter FTC GBP17K One of our valued Exeter based clients are seeking a competent individual to join their busy Fleet Department. You will highly communicative and be comfortable spending time on the telephone and will be able build relationships with ease. This role will suit someone with a good sense of humour, someone who has a strong work ethic and enjoys being busy! Based in one of Exeter's' business parks, the office is easily accessed via public transport and has plenty of free parking. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so please be aware of this when applying About the role Making and receiving a large volume of calls to internal partiesUpdating all information on in house systemsLiaising with multiple departments to ensure the seamless transition of vehicles between sitesResponsible for advising on stock levels of vehicles Key skills and background You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer serviceYou will be highly communicative and able to converse easilyA good working knowledge of MS office and general IT skills is paramount, including Word and Excel This role would suit say a student on a gap year, someone looking to develop their customer service skills or someone with a customer service background, perhaps looking to get back into work.
