Due to expansion we are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our existing team of 2 team leaders and around 25 sales executives based in Swindon. We're hiring a Sales Team Leader, paying from GBP25,000 to GBP32,500 base salary depending on experience,with an additional GBP12,000 OTE based in Swindon reporting into the Sales Manager. What is the objective of this Sales Team Leader job?You'll be managing and driving a team of sales executives making outbound B2B calls with some inbound leads to sell fuel cards and maximise revenue. You will be joining the existing team of sales executives which is increasing, 2 team leaders and a sales manager. What do we require from you? A passion for sales, a desire to lead a successful team to sell our products and make money and experience in managing high volume outbound sales teams. You will need to be confident at building professional rapport to identify customer needs and generate opportunities to convert to sales. What can this Sales Team Leader job offer you?
