40 Hours Per Week
Our client is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join there team. This is a pub restaurant environment and experience is essential. This is a permanent position working with an experienced Head Chef.
Restaurant experience is required at Chef de Partie level and above.
The pub is currently expanding with new owners and a new menu.
The position is based 15 minutes outside of Peterborough at a local country pub. Split shifts will also be required so transport is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
Ensuring your brigade has high culinary standards
Managing food purchasing and storage
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Helping create new recipes and write menus
