You will have the opportunity to work with our experts across infrastructure to build on an already established desk across our white collar site market. We are looking for individuals that have the determination and influential aptitude to approach this market head on as well as continuing to build the strength of the team.
The team have worked on some extremely exiting projects, providing contractors to design and build the 95-storey skyscraper 'The Shard' in Southwark, London. We are looking for fearless, resourceful and a tenacious individual with a proven track record in recruitment.
As a team we have been more selective of the vacancies we've chosen to work, ensuring they're at the right point in the value chain. This maximises our time and efforts resulting in the best outcome for ourselves, the team and the wider company. We have increased our job fills over the past 12 months and have billed 59 new client organisations this past year alone.
Key responsibilities
* Develop new business prospects via marketing calls, client visits, company presentations and networking at client events
* Be able to identify potential candidates to fulfil clients requirements within the market sector utilising effective candidate attraction strategies
* Responsible for negotiating terms and conditions of business in connection with both contingency recruitment and retained business
* Continually identify new markets to research, develop and specialise in
* Work closely with sales director, division manager and bid manager in ensuring that tenders are delivered in light of company expectations
* Accountable for the growth and development of sales consultants
* Responsible for the recruitment of new employees
* Promote team spirit and cohesiveness and encourage a professional behaviour at all times
* Demonstrate capabilities of being a specialist within your division, encouraging team members to refer to you
* Responsible for developing team capabilities by on-going training strategies
* Work cohesively with team to ensure targets are being met and individuals requiring further assistance are being provided necessary support
* Work with sales director to achieve team and personal objectives
Competencies
* Must have previous recruitment experience
* Must be sales oriented and target driven
* Comprehensive knowledge of the specific industry
* Commercial awareness
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills
