Basic Salary
£35-40k OTE - Full time positions basic salary £17-20K, plus uncapped commission levels.

We all know there are plenty of sales jobs around but sales careers are less common and this is what our client is offering. Our client was established 25 years ago and have enviable reputation in the training industry. They provide training interventions to blue chip, multi nationals, public sector and individual companies who require expert training, in Management and IT skills and qualifications. With the benefit for a full product portfolio you will need to build rapport with new customers and establish needs matching these to our extensive portfolio of services.
Sales experience is required specifically around conceptual selling and you will need to be resilient, upbeat, self motivated and customer focused. You will have excellent relationship building skills to develop on-going sales accounts. Our client will provide comprehensive training around their processes and sales systems. You will also shadow Account Managers and your performance will be closely assessed so that you get the support that you need.
After a probationary period, for those that have the ambition, you may progress up the grade scale where earning potential can be increased. So if you are ambitious and want a sales career this is the right position for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephone new customers from within our clients CRM database system - Generating sales and leads – through cold calling
- Developing new accounts into long standing customers and create referrals
- Applying qualification skills
- Quoting for solutions that fit customer identified needs
- Closing Skills
- Undertake customer meetings to develop business and relationships further
- Working to targets and deadlines
- Updating customer records on the database, maintaining your Sales Pipeline.

- Be proactive when dealing with customers and not be afraid to ask questions
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- IT Literate with previous experience of Word/Excel/outlook
