JOB TITLE: Specification Sales Manager
PACKAGE: GBP40-45K Basic + GBP10K Bonus, Expensed Car, Laptop/tablet, Mobile, Bupa, Pension, 25 days holiday
SELLING: Commercial interior construction products, HVAC solutions, building industry solutions (long established brand)
SELLING TO: Architects, Specifiers, M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants, Contractors, Distribution network
TERRITORY: South Wales and some South West (focus on South Wales, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Bath, Cheltenham, Chippenham)
ROLE:
- The Specification Sales Manager role will see you inheriting a high performing field sales area with great potential to grow further.
- Selling a range of commercial interior construction product solutions - performance and design driven solutions into the Commercial market place.
- Projects include hotel and leisure, commercial offices, healthcare, local authority.
- For the Specification Sales Manager role there will be a very even split with time spent across all customer groups, Architects & Specifiers, M&E specialists, installers, contractors and some merchant contact.
- A superb opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions of our client's business in the UK.
PERSON:
For the Specification Sales Manager no product experience is needed but our client is looking for:
- Experience selling into or construction specifiers on higher value projects (commercial or residential).
- A track record of selling a solution (not just a product).
- A desire to build a career in a corporate company.
