SENIOR ENGINEER - WAREHOUSING
TO GBP45,000 SALARY + 15% BONUS + PENSION + HEALTH CARE + EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join a global business at their site near to Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Leading a small Engineering team in an Automated Warehouse environment, the Senior Engineer will steer analysis of engineering issues, improvement projects and specifying/commissioning of new equipment.
The role:
* Organise, supervise and control on-site and contractor based labour
* Driving planned, preventative maintenance schedules across the Warehouse, implementing new ideas and measures
* Ensure risk assessments are carried out and compliant, that all safety systems and investigations are thoroughly maintained
* Providing hands on and technical expertise to fault find, diagnose and rectify issues on handling systems, cranes and other Mechanical and Electrical equipment to improve reliability and OTIF
* Project engineering and management to assigned CAPEX budgets
Key requirements:
* Mechanical OR Electrical Engineer in a highly automated, fast paced Warehousing/Distribution environment is essential
* Strong team leadership skills
* Degree/HND qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Understand automated warehouse systems from perspective of engineering and performance improvement
* Excellent data analysis and communication skills
