Colesco are currently recruiting for a Claims Vendor Support Services Manager for a large professional service based client in Glasgow, however role can also be based in London.
The role holder will be responsible for leading the vendor support services function to ensure delivery of proactive vendor management, monitoring and auditing of claims performance standards of our Third Party Administrators and Claims Service Providers. In addition you will look after a team of 19 in Claims and also managing 3rd party vendors.
Duties will include:
• Provide data analytics support to the Claims Vendor Management team
• Manipulation of claims data to provide spend baseline information
• Contract completion
• Delivery of internal vendor reporting requirements
• Due Diligence Completion
• Vendor tools - e-billing and due diligence
• Maintain Claims Audit Register tracking and updating progress monthly against the annual timetable
• Responsibility for contract prioritisation and delivery, working with the Claims Vendor Team
• Ensure the team meet all internal vendor reporting requirements
• Identify tactical and strategic developments
• Communicate complex data in an insightful way
• Performance analysis
• Deliver and implement identified process, service and system enhancements
• Strong Understanding and experience in developing and maintaining governance, control and risk framework
• Maintaining effective communication with system and process team members, claims adjusters and claims management.
The jobholder will be expected to have advanced excel and strong analytical skills with a track record of managing/manipulating data and delivering reports. Access experience and report building experience is preferred
