We are recruiting for an Automotive Service Writer Advisor based in Carlisle: This role will involve: Initiating automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requestedVerifying warranty and service contract coverage,Develop estimatesWrite repair ordersMaintain customer rapport and records Must have experience within a customer dealer environment and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. GBP18,000-GBP22,000 per annum depending on experience. 45 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am-6:00pm (half an hour lunch)
