Your new company
A national rapidly growing third party provider is looking to recruit an additional team member into their recruitment team in Newark. Reporting to the HR Director, HR Manager and Resourcing Manager you role will be busy and varied to support the organisation in the recruitment of a high volume of vacancies in various fields across the midlands region.
Your new role
This is an exiting and challenging opportunity where you will support the business and Line/Site Managers in the effective recruitment of staff for various locations across the midlands. This role will entail the full end-to-end recruitment process; from writing JDs. adverts, selection process, open days/ job fayres, social media presence/advertising and some attending interviews. This role is primarily to fully support Line Managers in various locations with the recruitment process and may require travel 1 to 3 days a week (depending on volume of recruitment at the time), to other sites in the Midlands (notice given, expenses paid). Your ability to build remote relationships is pivotal to this role aswell as to achieve and monitor targets.
The role will be full time - 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work to attend open days/job fares maybe be required but will be incorporated in your 37.5 hour week (time off in lieu).
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must have experience in recruitment/resourcing; ideally high volume and a third party service provider, or social care background is desirable but not essential, as long as you can demonstrate an understanding of the sector and the challenges involved in recruiting in this arena. The ability to handle various projects/files at any time and relationship building skills are paramount. A driving license is essential, ideally a car owner is required due to the travel required in this role.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a rewarding and varied position in an industry where you can feel you are "giving back" to the community, whilst providing challenges and a busy career in recruitment/resourcing. Competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.
