Wanted for our Musical Instrument showroom in Swansea

STORE MANAGER

The applicant must have an interest in musical instruments and must play either keyboard, piano, guitar or drums (for customer demonstration purposes) and have a knowledge of other instruments. The successful candidate must be keen to demonstrate, sell and deal with customers both instore and on the phone. The applicant will be entirely responsible for the store and its running including a small team of store staff and music school teachers. The applicant will also be responsible for all staff training and recruitment.

The applicant will be responsible for the store and a small team in the absence of the store manager.

OTE £28,500 PA + (you will be required to meet sales targets)

Hours - Mon - Thur 9am-5.30pm, Fri 8am- 5.30pm, Sat 9am - 5.30pm, Sundays will also be required. Hours may vary to suit late night openings. If working Sat/Sun, days off will be given during the week.
